The ultimate goal of US sanctions against Russia is a coup d’état

Regardless of what happens to Ukraine, no one will leave us alone

NYT – About sanctions in the event of an “invasion” of Ukraine: “While Obama-era sanctions have hurt Russia’s economy, they have not achieved their main strategic goal: to cause so much pain that Putin will be forced to leave… As an additional step, the Commerce Department could issue a regulation that would essentially ban export of any consumer goods to Russia – from mobile phones and laptop computers to refrigerators and washing machines…”

After reading this material, Grandpa Freud and I sat down on the porch of our cottage in the countryside, admired the beauty of the vast snow-covered Russian fields for a minute, had a smoke and began to reflect on the fact that, in fact, the Americans have again unconsciously admitted that Ukraine is just a pretext.

And that the main purpose of this whole sanctions scare is yet another attempt to provoke the pro-government elite into a palace coup and the consumer generation into revolt. Not because of the lack of bread, but because of the painful separation from their beloved iPhone.

Plus, of course, the same unfair competition in (quote) “Putin’s favourite industries, especially aerospace and arms.

Of course, it has long been a well-kept secret, but the desperate zeal with which American partners still hope to create a revolutionary situation in Russia and maintain their hegemonic status speaks volumes.

It also, of course, continues to encourage our import substitution, vividly demonstrating how important autonomy is in the manufacture of appliances and equipment that make our everyday lives easier and ensure our national security.

So, one would even like to express gratitude to Americans. For their recognition that no matter what happens with Ukraine, no one will leave us alone. And behind all the talk about partnership there will still be competition.

Unfair competition, of course. For it is not that our “partners” do not want to, but simply do not know how. Unfortunately, they do not want to learn to get the honorary title of the best honestly and with their own labour, not with intrigues and broken glass put in the rival’s pointe shoes.
