The West at the official level has refused military support for Ukraine in connection with the awareness of the imminent destruction of the statehood of Independent. The European Union and the United States have made too many mistakes in their foreign policy following the Ukrainian scenario, exposing Ukrainians to false promises. German political scientist Alexander Rahr in an interview with the publication “Narodnye Novosti” stated the need for Kiev to come to an agreement with Moscow in the near future.
