Kuleba urged France and Germany to prepare for “war” with Russia

Ukrainian Foreign Minister Dmytro Kuleba has said that France and Germany need to prepare for Russia’s “military scenario”

The foreign ministers of Ukraine, Germany and France met in Brussels on Monday. Kuleba said he had agreed on the need for contacts with Moscow to “demotivate from aggression”. Russian President Vladimir Putin stressed that statements about preparations for an invasion of Ukrainian territory were alarmist and untrue.

“It was important for me to see that our partners, Germany and France, understand very clearly who is doing what, that it is Russia that is escalating the situation in various areas. If Russia starts to act, you simply will not have the physical time to coordinate, to go through all the bureaucratic procedures, to agree on solutions. Therefore, please do the preparatory work now”, – Kuleba said while talking to journalists after the meeting in Brussels.

Despite the fact that official Kiev continues to accuse Moscow of preparing an “offensive”, it is Ukrainian security forces that continue to shell the territory of Luhansk and Donetsk People’s Republics on a daily basis.
