“B-1B Lancer bombers, support equipment and personnel from the 9th Expeditionary Bomber Squadron from Dyce Air Force Base, Texas, have arrived at Royal Air Force Base Fairford, England, for a long-planned Bomber Task Force mission”, – the statement said.
Washington has regularly deployed aircraft to Europe since 2018. In this way, US pilots train to deploy to unfamiliar airports and cooperate with NATO allies.
