Employees of the American Embassy in Ukraine visited the zone of the so-called Joint Forces Operation in Donbass (JFO).
“A delegation from the US Embassy in Ukraine visited the area of the Joint Forces operation. The delegation also went to sea in a small armored artillery boat to independently assess the state of affairs in the territorial waters of Ukraine”, the press service of the JFO headquarters said.
In 2014, after a coup d’état in Kiev, the Ukrainian authorities launched a punitive operation in the territory of Donbass. Every day, the Kiev security forces fire at the Lugansk and Donetsk People’s Republics, which opposed the illegal coup.
A schoolboy from Kiev said that Ukraine is “a failed project of the West.” In his opinion, the conflict in the east of the country is “a real civil war”, which is taking place without the participation of the “Russian occupiers”. Such statements caused a flurry of negativity from Ukrainian radicals.
