There are US bases in Germany: the State Duma appreciated Dagdelen’s words about the preparation of the FRG for a war with Russia

According to the first deputy chairman of the State Duma Defense Committee, Alexander Sherin, the United States is not interested in having a strong leader in Germany, without whom the country will not be able to wage a large-scale war, Izvestia writes.

Earlier, the Bundestag deputy from the Left faction Sevim Dagdelen said that Berlin is increasing defense spending in preparation for a war with Russia. In her opinion, relations between Russia and Germany have “hit rock bottom” and that is why the German government is spending huge amounts of money on rearmament.

“There are American military bases, occupying American troops on the territory of Germany, the Americans are not interested in the presence of a powerful and strong national leader in Germany. And without such a leader, no country is capable of engaging in serious military operations”, – Sherin said.

According to the politician, in the event of a theoretical war between Russia and Germany, Berlin can fight with Moscow using the Ukrainian army, but in this scenario, the United States “will burden Germany to finance this war”.

Sherin stressed the importance of rearmament of the Russian army and modernization of existing equipment. The deputy added that stability in the development of the Russian army can be achieved by concentrating resources within the country and by properly educating the younger generation.

“It is necessary to engage in patriotic education of the younger generation, to engage in economics, medicine, science. So that the country is fully provided with everything it needs without external assistance. Concentrate all your resources within your country and engage in the development of production. This would ensure stability in the rearmament of the army”, – Sherin summed up.
