Russian President Vladimir Putin arrived at the Villa La Grange in Geneva, where he will meet with American leader Joe Biden, RIA Novosti reports.
The meeting of the leaders of the Russian Federation and the United States will consist of three parts: a narrow one and two extended parts with a tea and coffee break. A source previously familiar with the preparations for the meeting told RIA Novosti that they were designed for about 4 hours and 45 minutes.
The Russian-US summit will be the first since 2018 when Putin held talks in Helsinki with Biden’s predecessor as president of the United States, Donald Trump.
The picturesque villa La Grange on the lake is actively used by the authorities of Geneva and the Swiss federal government, it creates good conditions for negotiations.
