The second handshake between the presidents of the Russian Federation and the United States, Vladimir Putin and Joe Biden, took place just before the start of the talks, already inside a villa in Geneva, RIA Novosti photojournalist reports.
Putin and Biden shook hands for the first time while photographing on the porch of the villa. The US President extended his hand to his Russian counterpart.
After taking pictures, the leaders retired to the building for negotiations, inside Putin and Biden shook hands, looking eye to eye.
