Russian President Vladimir Putin met with American leader Joe Biden at the Villa La Grange in Geneva, RIA Novosti reported.
A meeting between the presidents of Russia and the United States is taking place at Villa La Grange in Switzerland. According to experts, this is “a beautiful place with an interesting history, which is located in the most famous neutral country”.
Swiss President Guy Parmelin expressed the hope that the meeting between Putin and Biden will benefit not only Moscow and Washington, but the entire international community. The chairman of the Bundestag of the Federal Republic of Germany Wolfgang Schaeuble called the upcoming meeting of the leaders of Russia and the United States “a sign of hope”.
