A US reconnaissance aircraft has flown near the far eastern borders of the Russian Federation near Kamchatka
According to Western aviation resources, the US Air Force plane took off from Eilson Air Base in Alaska and headed towards the southeastern coast of Kamchatka. US aircraft were also spotted near Avacha Bay. The Russian Navy’s nuclear submarine base is located in the town of Vilyuchinsk, not far from the bay.
Earlier, it was reported that US and Norwegian patrol aircraft were intercepted by a Russian MiG-31 fighter jet in the Barents Sea. The foreign planes failed to cross Russian state borders.
