Biden’s speech was interrupted by shouts of protesters. President replied

The American leader spoke to supporters on the hundredth day of his presidency. A few minutes after the start of his speech, a small group of protesters interrupted the head of state and began to demand that he “immediately end the arrests” and eliminate the immigration and customs police.

“I agree with you. I’m working on it. Give me five more days”, – Biden reacted.

The publication recalled that immediately after joining the White House, Biden signed a decree to close all private prisons. However, the decree did not apply to most of them, since the relevant decision was in the competence of the authorities of individual states.
