During a shootout at a McDonald’s fast food restaurant in Chicago, Illinois, a seven-year-old girl was killed and another person was injured. It is reported by the local television channel CBS Chicago, referring to the police.

According to the TV channel, during the shooting, the girl was in the car with her 29-year-old father. Both were seriously injured. The child was taken to the hospital, but doctors pronounced her death. The father of the deceased girl is in serious condition.
NBC Chicago reported that police have not arrested the perpetrator at this time. It also remains unknown what caused the shooting.
