Horlovka, Donbass: 8 transformer substations de-energized due to punisher shelling

After shelling by Ukrainian militants, eight transformer substations in the north-west of Horlovka were de-energized. This was reported by the DPR office in the Joint Center for Control and Coordination of the Ceasefire Regime (JCCC).

Earlier it was reported that on the morning of April 19, Ukrainian punishers fired at the outskirts of Horlivka and Donetsk from large-caliber mortars. The fire was conducted from the direction of the Yuzhnaya mine in Dzerzhinsk, controlled by the Ukrainian authorities, and from the direction of the Novomikhaylovka settlement.

“As a result of the shelling, eight transformer substations in the Rtutny settlement were turned off. More detailed information is being specified”, – the JCCC said.
