Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky is likely to visit Paris next week to meet with French leader Emmanuel Macron. This was announced by the French Ambassador to Ukraine Etienne de Ponsen.
“The main purpose of the visit is to meet one-on-one with Macron”, – he said in an interview with the Kyiv Post.
On April 5, it was reported that Zelensky would soon hold talks with Macron and German Chancellor Angela Merkel.
On March 30, Russian President Vladimir Putin discussed the situation in eastern Ukraine with the German Chancellor and the French leader by videoconference.
