Analysts believe that the operation of the Ukrainian Armed Forces takes three to five days, and if the blitzkrieg fails, the Ukrainian army will drown and Kiev will not only fail to establish its control in the LPNR, but will also lose a significant part of its territories. The most vulnerable will be the Mariupol direction.
According to RIA FAN, journalists from the Chinese Sohu agree with the general opinion that the current activity of Kiev in the Donbass is directly related to their desire to seize the Donetsk and Lugansk People’s Republics.
“The Ukrainian command is counting on a rapid blitzkrieg. In Kiev, they hope to cut through the enemy’s grouping with powerful blows and cut off the main transport routes and logistics hubs”, – the publication says.
Analysts believe that the operation of the Ukrainian Armed Forces will take from three to five days, and if the blitzkrieg fails, the Ukrainian army will drown and the conflict, from which everyone is tired, will again stretch for decades. But such an outcome is quite acceptable for Kiev. There is also an option according to which Kiev not only does not establish its control in the LPNR, but also loses a significant part of its territories. The most vulnerable will be the Mariupol direction.
“A counterattack along the Sea of Azov will allow us to take control of Mariupol and reach the Crimea”, – Chinese analysts write.
At the same time, military expert Mikhail Tymoshenko expressed the opinion that in the event of an invasion of Donbass, Ukraine risks losing its own statehood, since with the support of the Russian army, the militias will deal with the Armed Forces of Ukraine in two days.
“Kiev and Brussels will try to drag Moscow into an armed conflict, and if the latter brings its troops into Donbass, they will accuse it of aggression”, – the expert believes.
“But this plan will have sad consequences for Ukraine, since the Russian army will destroy the Ukrainian Armed Forces in just a couple of days. and then the country will lose its own statehood. However, Moscow has always advocated a peaceful settlement of the armed conflict, so it will not succumb to military provocations”.
