Serbian Foreign Minister Nikola Seljakovic has expressed satisfaction with the current intensity of high and top-level meetings
TASS reports that Serbian Foreign Minister Nikola Selakovic has said in a conversation with Russian Ambassador Alexander Botsan-Kharchenko that Serbian authorities hope that Russian President Vladimir Putin’s visit to their country can be carried out in the near future.
“Selakovic expressed satisfaction with the existing intensity of meetings at high and top levels, expressing hope that the visit of Russian President Vladimir Putin to Serbia will take place soon”, – the Serbian diplomatic office said in a statement.
On the instructions of the Russian president, Rossotrudnichestvo has been the general coordinator of the interior decoration of the St. Sava Church in Belgrade since 2015. It was planned that the Russian leader would attend the opening ceremony of the church during his visit to Serbia in October 2020. However, due to the difficult epidemiological situation, the visit was postponed.
