Sputnik V vaccination begins in Montenegro

First of all, it was decided to vaccinate nursing homes.

As reported by TASS with reference to the press service of the Institute of Public Health of Montenegro, vaccination with the Russian drug against the coronavirus “Sputnik V” began in the republic in nursing homes.

“The team of our institute and the Kotor polyclinic delivered the first dose of the vaccine in Montenegro”, – the message says.

The first drug was administered to a 66-year-old resident of a nursing home in Risan. He urged fellow citizens not to be afraid of vaccination and to follow his example. Following him, two doctors of the medical center were vaccinated. According to one of them, 79 patients and medical staff should be vaccinated in one day.
