The Dutch court agreed with the need to attach the reports of the Almaz-Antey concern to the MH17 case

The District Court of The Hague agreed with the defense’s demand to attach reports from the Almaz-Antey concern to the Boeing crash in Ukraine. The corresponding decision was announced on Monday by the presiding judge Hendrik Steinheis.

According to him, the court “does not object to the inclusion of the reports” of the Almaz-Antey concern, published in 2015-2016. The documents, in particular, compare the damage to the aircraft with the results of field tests using a rocket, which, according to the investigation, could have been shot down.

Earlier, the lawyers of Oleg Pulatov, who is one of the four accused in the case, demanded to add them to the dossier.
