Afghan companies are negotiating with Russian partners on the conditions and volumes of possible supplies of the Russian vaccine against the Sputnik V coronavirus, Zamir Kabulov, director of the second department of Asia of the Russian Foreign Ministry, said in an interview with RIA Novosti.
