The Iranian side will pay compensation for the Ukrainian plane shot down mistakenly near Tehran in accordance with international norms. Iranian government spokesman Ali Rabia said on Tuesday
“Compensation should be paid in accordance with international norms without discrimination based on nationality”, – he said.
Rabii added that “the compensation does not cancel the trial and criminal responsibility in the case of the downed plane.”
