Venezuelan President Nicolas Maduro hopes to visit Moscow soon and meet with his Russian counterpart Vladimir Putin. He made a statement to this effect on Sunday during a speech in Caracas which was broadcast on state television.
“I hope to go to Moscow very soon <…> to meet our brother Vladimir Putin”, – said Maduro.
