At the Pentagon, the transfer of troops to Eastern Europe was justified by the mythical “Russian threat”

US Secretary of Defense Mark Esper justified the transfer of US troops to Eastern European countries

According to him, this decision was made “because of the threat to Russia”.

“We need to redeploy our forces because we are aware of the threats posed by Russia to our allies. We need to move our forces a little to the east”, –  he said.

In addition, the Pentagon head also explained the redeployment of troops from Germany.
