In Syria, an off-road vehicle carrying humanitarian workers came under fire. It happened in the north-western part of the country on the El-Bab-Al-Rai road near the village of Tel Battal.
The car was attacked by unknown people. One person was killed and another was injured.
According to one version, the car was driven by employees of the Turkish Department of Emergency Situations and Natural Disasters (AFAD). In addition, employees of the International Red Crescent could have been in the car.
