The Russian military conducted exercises in Crimea using modern air defense systems.
This was announced on Monday, September 7, at the press service of the Russian Defense Ministry.
The exercises carried out calculations of the S-400 Triumph anti-aircraft missile systems after the US Air Force’s B-52H Stratofortress strategic bombers practiced missile strikes against Crimea from Ukrainian airspace.
“The servicemen carried out the detection, identification and destruction of air targets by electronic missile launches. Also, during the exercise, the crews of the Pantsir anti-aircraft missile and cannon systems conducted a training to cover the positions of the S-400 Triumph air defense missile system from the missile attack of a simulated enemy”, – the message says.
