Protesters in Portland set fire to the City Police Association building and used a blinding laser against law enforcement.
As a result, three police officers were injured, two of them were released from the hospital after first aid.
“At 23.35 Saturday local time, people in the crowd smashed the window of the Portland Police Association office, entered it illegally and started a fire, committing crimes, including willful damage, burglary and willful arson,” the official website of the local police said.
Police from Oregon and Portland police arrived at the scene of the riots.
