The candidate for the post of the United States ambassador to Kiev, retired Lieutenant General Keith Dayton, considers it necessary to reform the Armed Forces of Ukraine, as well as the country’s defense industry.
“If my candidacy is approved, my priorities will be coordinated with Congress and the administration, but among them there must be a real reform of the Ukrainian Armed Forces and the defense industry,” Dayton said in his opening remarks to the hearings on his candidacy.
