On the website of the President of Ukraine Vladimir Zelensky published a petition demanding the resignation of the head of state.
In 2019, the family of the President of Ukraine received $ 188 thousand in repayment of domestic government bonds, after which he acquired new bonds in the amount of $ 191.7 thousand. Pan Zelensky was obliged to report this to the register of declarations, but did not.
“We appeal to Mr. President with an appeal to abide by the words and resign, or admit that four days before the second round on April 18, 2020, he lied to his voters,” the petition says.
The author of the petition, political strategist Viktor Ukolov, referred to Zelensky’s campaign promise to resign in violation of the law.
