The US President Donald Trump said he could lose in the upcoming November elections only because of Democrats’ practice of postal voting.
“Because Democrats cheat and steal. They do not send ballots to some areas, mostly republican”, – the head of the White House told the Washington Times.
Trump also expressed the opinion that former vice president Joe Biden, his most likely opponent in the elections, is weaker than Hillary Clinton, with whom he competed in 2016.
“But the apparatus is stronger because they (the Democrats – ed.) are in despair”, – the president added.
Trump criticizes the practice of voting by mail against the backdrop of the intention of California Governor Democrat Gavin Newsom in the upcoming general election in November to send out statewide ballots by mail. According to the American leader, voting by mail is not transparent; ballots are faked and signed for others.
The US presidential elections will be held in November this year. According to recent polls, Biden is ahead of Trump by more than ten percent.
