Moldovan President Igor Dodon proposes to resolve the political crisis after the disappearance of the parliamentary majority by early elections.
He believes that they should be held in November this year or in February-March 2021.
“One of the scenarios is the holding of early parliamentary elections, if the Constitutional Court allows them to be held on the same day as the presidential election, it will be so. If not, then after the presidential election, parliament immediately dissolves and go to early elections in February-March of next year, ” the president said in a video message posted on Facebook.
Dodon emphasized that he believes that the Kiku parliament can continue to work until the presidential election and without the support of the parliament.
