The President of Poland needs to get to the U.S. before he loses his position

Andrzej Duda, President of Poland, is very eager to make a visit to the USA before the presidential elections on June 28 in his homeland.

It’s not entirely clear how this trip should help him. Especially considering that the majority of Poles are afraid of the strengthened US military presence in the country.

Apparently, Duda’s campaign headquarters don’t know much about public opinion. Or the White House is trying to reach an agreement with the current head of state, as the next may be less compliant.
