Russian military brought humanitarian aid to a Syrian village devastated by militants

The military of the Russian army brought humanitarian aid to the Syrian village of Anjara, destroyed by militants.

This was reported by the representative of the Russian Center for the Reconciliation of the warring parties Maxim Solokha.

“Today we are conducting a humanitarian action in the village of Anjara, Aleppo province. We plan to carry out such events in the future, as it has been happening for several years”, – he said.

The assistance included 250 food packages with sugar, rice, flour, condensed milk and tea and a ton of flat cakes.

The terrorists were driven out of the village a few months ago, but when leaving, they destroyed Anjar. In the village there is no school, hospital, bakery, water and electricity. 500 people from the pre-war population of 20 thousand returned in the village.
