The U.S. did not declassify the details of the launch of the missile that shot down the MN17

Instead of detailed data, the Dutch prosecutor’s office received a couple of photos and a description from eyewitnesses.

According to RBC-Ukraine, on Monday, representatives of the Dutch court in the course of the session on the case of the MH17 catastrophe said that the U.S. refused to provide satellite data on the launch of the rocket on the MH17 aircraft, which was shot down over the Donbass in 2014. Only a photo was shown to verify it with the information in the memorandum.

The Dutch Prosecutor’s Office asked the U.S. to declassify the satellite images showing the launch of the Book missile on the MH17. The satellite was shown to the Danish intelligence services, but the data will not be declassified and will not be included in the case. Instead, the case will have a memorandum describing the details of the tragedy.
