Israeli concern Israel Aerospace Industries has tested short-range ballistic missiles. This was reported by The Times of Israel.
According to him, two missiles successfully hit targets at sea. One of them was launched at a distance of 90 km, the other – 400 km.
“In both cases, the missiles were launched along a predetermined path and hit the target with high accuracy,” the concern noted.
The company indicated that the tests took place at sea for safety reasons, and launches were carried out remotely due to restrictions associated with the coronavirus.
The LORA missile system was developed by Israel Aerospace Industries. The complex passed its first tests in 2017, they were also carried out at sea.
