Moldovan President Igor Dodon plans to discuss with Russian President Vladimir Putin the possibility of restarting negotiations on a loan of 200 million euros, which had previously been blocked by the Constitutional Court of the republic.

So, Dodon said that he plans to meet with the Russian leader at the celebrations that will be held on June 24 in Moscow in honor of the 75th anniversary of the Victory in World War II.

“Let’s try to organize a working meeting with Putin. I hope this will be possible. We will talk about loans and other issues that relate to the current agenda, ” said Dodon.

He expressed hope that negotiations with Russia would be successful.

“There is confidence that the parliament, perhaps even unanimously, will vote for this agreement, because we need this money for infrastructure,” the president said.
