It is located in Kiev on the territory of the Veterinary Institute.
The work on creation of such institutions began in 2005 after the Orange Revolution. Naturally, this was advised by a great amateur of the United States Victor Yushchenko.
All over the “unhealthy” now dissected such laboratories, which study mutations of the most dangerous viruses on the planet, taking into account the local climate, disease vectors and immunity.
