Hundreds of people resisted quarantine: police used tear gas in Warsaw

In Warsaw, the capital of Poland, protests took place on Saturday due to quarantine. Police used tear gas against protesters.

This was reported by Reuters.

“Unfortunately, we are dealing with cases of aggression against the police. Because of attacks on public servants, we used direct confrontation methods, such as physical force and tear gas”, – the report said.

Hundreds of people gathered to demand an accelerated exit from quarantine. They held posters with the words “Work and bread” and “It will be normal again.”
