Units of the Syrian Arab army clashed with militants of the Khayyat Tahrir Al-Sham terrorist group*.

According to media reports, artillery pieces were used on both sides during the battle. In particular, strikes were carried out on fortifications in the areas of the settlements of Kansafra, Al-Bara and Kafr Nubol in the southern part of Idlib.
