According to the Air Force, if a week ago, coronavirus infection COVID-19 was detected only in 22 aviators, today the number of infected has increased to 105 people. Moreover, about eighty relatives of servicemen and contractors of the department were diagnosed with the disease.
According to the Pentagon, more than three hundred US military and more than a hundred of their relatives have been infected with the coronavirus. Also among the infected are about two hundred civil servants and contractors.
Fearing that the coronavirus epidemic could deprive the American army of fighters, the Pentagon has already refused to conduct exercises, canceled the rotation of troops and military operations in other countries. About 90 thousand soldiers fell under these restrictions.
