The armed forces of Afghanistan are moving from a defensive to an offensive regime.
The relevant order was given by the acting Minister of Defense of Afghanistan, Asadullah Khalid.
He explained his decision by escalating the level of violence by militants of the Taliban terrorist organization.
At the same time, Khalid proposed to achieve the introduction of a regime of silence in connection with the spread of the coronavirus COVID-19.
