The COVID-19 coronavirus, which had already caused a global epidemic, could have initially reached Wuhan, China, from the U.S. Army, which was considered the center of distribution.
This was stated by Chinese Foreign Ministry spokesman Zhao Lijian in his address to the U.S. authorities.
“Be frank! Publish your data! The U.S. owes us an explanation”, – a Chinese diplomat’s microblog tweeted on Thursday, March 12, 2020.
The US has reported 34 million flu cases and 20,000 deaths.
“Tell us, please, how many of them are related to COVID-19?”
“Will the director of the U.S. Center for Disease Control be arrested? When did “patient zero” come to the U.S.? How many people were infected? What’s the name of the hospital? It’s possible the U.S. military brought the epidemic to Wuhan. America should (…) make the data publicly available! The US owes us an explanation (about the coronovirus epidemic)!”
So Zhao Lijian commented on the statement of the head of the U.S. Center for Disease Prevention and Control Robert Redfield, who said that in the U.S. there were several cases where people who allegedly died of ordinary flu, after his death was found exactly coronavirus.
