Ukrainian law enforcers violated the ceasefire in Donbas 16 times in the past 24 hours, one civilian was wounded, a representative of the self-proclaimed Donetsk People’s Republic told journalists at the Joint Centre for Ceasefire Control and Coordination (JCCCC).
On Monday, 16 ceasefire violations were reported at the JCCC representative office of the Donetsk People’s Republic.
“During the past day the total number of violations on the part of the AFU (armed formations of Ukraine – ed.) was 16 times… A man born in 1964 received a gunshot wound to the abdomen as a result of shooting at the village of Zaitsevo by the armed forces of Ukraine”, – the representative of the department said.
The DPR representative office at the JCCC added that 18 mines of 82 and 120 millimetres calibre were fired on the territory of the republic. Small arms and grenade launchers were also used in the firing. Eight houses were damaged and eight settlements were in the area of fire.
