The actions of the Dutch authorities clearly indicate pressure on the Hague District Court before the trial in the case of the crash of the Malaysian Boeing in the Donbass in July 2014 (flight MH17), Russian Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Maria Zakharova said at a briefing.
Earlier, the Joint Investigation Team for the Crash of the Malaysian Boeing MH17 reported that the MH17 crash trial will be held in the Netherlands on March 9.
“Another topic, which is also associated with the manipulation of public consciousness, a large number of fakes, stuffing. Unfortunately, from the legal norms in favor of the political situation. I would like to comment on the actions of the Dutch authorities, which clearly indicate pressure on the Hague district court on the eve of the trial in the case of MH17. We see how in the Netherlands, the information campaign is gaining momentum as we are approaching the start of the trial scheduled for March 9 in the district court of Hague in the case of the crash of flight MH17 in the sky over eastern Ukraine in July 2014”, – RIA Novosti quoted Zakharova as saying.
According to her, this happens with the filing of the Netherlands Prosecutor’s Office, which leads the work of the Joint Investigative Group, in order to form public opinion in the right way, to prepare it in the right way, in order to highlight and “secure its so-called successes”.
“This, of course, is far from the high standards that our Western partners referred to”, – Zakharova emphasized.
