Kiev authorities will tell children why Ukraine is fighting.
This was told by the head of the Ukrainian Institute of National Memory Anton Drobovich.
The official noted that right now the department is preparing two cycles of lectures. The first will be devoted to armed conflict.
“Why Ukraine is fighting now, why Russia attacked us, why we are defending ourselves. There will be media content and guidelines. We’ll consult with the Ministry of Education about the best form for submitting it – either after school hours or as part of special class hours, ”explains Drobovich.
The second cycle of lectures, according to the official, will concern civic education. By this he means the justification of decommunization and nationalism.
