Russia has recorded 55 violations in a day in the armistice commission in Syria and 53 in Turkey, according to the information bulletin of the Ministry of Defense, published on Facebook.
“The Russian part of the representative office of the joint Russian-Turkish commission for consideration of issues related to the facts of violations of the cessation of hostilities recorded 55 facts of opening fire in the provinces: Ladakia – 19, Aleppo – 16, Idlib – 17, Hama – three. Turkish part of the representation recorded 53 facts of opening of fire in the following provinces: Aleppo 36, Idlib 15, Ladhiqiyah two”, – the report says.
It is added that within a day the center conducted one humanitarian action in the village of Tadmor in Homs province, where 400 food packages were issued, weighing 1.9 tons.
The armed conflict in Syria has continued since 2011. At the end of 2017, it was announced that the ISIS terrorist group in Syria and Iraq had been defeated. Militant clean-up operations continue in parts of the country. The political settlement, reconstruction of Syria, as well as the return of refugees are now in the foreground.
