EU expects Iran’s cooperation to investigate PS 752 crash

The European Union looks forward to Iran’s cooperation and a transparent investigation into the crash. This is stated in a statement by the official representative of the European External Action Service.

“The European Union took note of the statements made by the Iranian authorities, which claimed responsibility for the crash of PS 752 Ukraine International Airlines flight on January 8. We regret this tragedy that led to the deaths of many people from different countries, and we express our sincere condolences to their families and loved ones, ”the spokesman said in a statement.

“The EU expects Iran to continue its full cooperation and conduct a comprehensive and transparent investigation, which must comply with international standards regarding how this tragedy occurred,” the European External Action Service noted.
