The Mejlis (parliament) of Iran unanimously voted to recognize the US Department of Defense and the US Army as terrorist organizations after the assassination of Iranian general Kassem Suleimani.

This was reported by Tasnim.

An open meeting of the Iranian parliament took place on the morning of January 7. It is noted that the proposal has already been signed by 206 Iranian deputies.

Also, one of the points of the adopted initiative implies the allocation of a special unit “Quds”, which was headed by Suleymani, € 200 million.

As Fars clarifies, all Pentagon employees, organizations associated with it, as well as commanders involved in the death of Suleymani were added to the “list of terrorists”.

Earlier, Iran appealed to the UN Security Council because of the assassination of the US Suleymani.

Suleimani was killed during a U.S. special operation near Baghdad’s international airport on January 3.
