Idlib terrorists are desperately preparing for a decisive battle with the Syrian army

After Syrian Arab Army units approached a large militant centre in the Idlib de-escalation zone, jihadis began to pull all forces to the front line.

According to the Al-Masdar News Agency, militants of the terrorist group Hayat Tahrir al-Sham have also come to the aid of militants of the Ansar al-Tahid formation affiliated with al-Qaeda.

Jihadists are now concentrating forces near the town of Maarret en Nuuman, a militant stronghold in the region where government forces are already deployed.

Earlier, News Front reported that SAA units cleared several villages east of Maarret al-Nuuman from terrorists during the offensive. The militants even withdrew from the town of Jarjanaz, which separated government forces from a key Islamist base.

Militants have also been known to intensify drone attacks in recent days. The total number of improvised UAVs with explosive elements attached to them reaches ten. Thus, the terrorists have tried to attack the SAA Jebla and Hama bases. In the past 24 hours, two such drones have been shot down near the Hama airfield and near the town of Skalbiya.
