Security forces resumed shelling after five days of silence, said in the LPR

After five days of silence, the Ukrainian security forces fired on the territory of the Lugansk People’s Republic, the LPR representative office said in the Joint Center for the Control and Coordination of the Ceasefire (JCCC).

Earlier, the LPR representative office in the JCCC reported that the Ukrainian security forces did not open fire on November 30 from the territory of the republic.

“On December 5, one shelling was recorded by the armed forces of Ukraine,” said a representative of the LPR.

According to him, the Ukrainian security forces fired from 82-millimeter mortars, weapons of infantry fighting vehicles and grenade launchers at the LPR-controlled settlement Krasny Liman.
