The US has accused the Syrian authorities of shelling a refugee camp in Idlib

The US state Department accused the Syrian authorities of shelling the Kah refugee camp in Idlib province and called on all parties to return to compliance with the ceasefire.

“The US strongly condemns yesterday’s barbaric attack by the Assad regime on the Kah camp for internally displaced persons in Northern Idlib”, –  state Department spokeswoman Morgan Ortagus said.

“We call on all parties to return to a ceasefire in the area and allow unfettered access for aid in the humanitarian disaster to which the violence has led. We repeat that there is no military solution to the Syrian conflict, ” the state Department said in a statement.

The Syrian foreign Ministry previously noted that a number of countries in the UN Security Council ,in particular the United States”,  continue to spread false information that the Syrian army and its allies allegedly bomb civilian targets in Idlib province and not only”. Damascus has accused a number of officials of the General Secretariat of the United Nations in support of such information.

Clearly, US attempts to force officials to create the appearance of a “humanitarian disaster” occurring solely at fault Syria, due to the fact that the country withdraw its troops from Syria, and achieving nothing in this country has demonstrated its impotence, the inability not only to reconcile the conflicting parties, but even to defend the interests of their own allies – the Syrian Kurds, which the us army years preparing and arming.
