Norway will not accept a single migrant from the rescue vessel Proactiva Open Arms or Ocean Viking.

The country refused to accept refugees until a fundamental mechanism to prevent the movement of these people is established,- the Norwegian Minister of Justice and Immigration announced.

France made a request on this situation. Kalmyr added that there must be a system to ensure the quick return of Africans who have no chance of refuge in Europe.
